The Website is operated by Barazi General Trading LLC, a company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Barazi General Trading LLC is the legal seller of LÉROZA fragrances and related products offered through www.leroza.ae.
For purposes of these Terms, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Barazi General Trading LLC.
“LÉROZA” refers to the fragrance brand and products offered through the Website and does not, by itself, identify the legal entity contracting with you.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Exchange Policy and any other terms expressly displayed on the Website or during checkout.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
1. Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the Website in violation of applicable law;
- interfere with Website security or functionality;
- attempt unauthorised access to the Website, customer accounts or related systems;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technologies;
- scrape or extract information by unauthorised automated means;
- use Website content in violation of intellectual-property rights;
- impersonate another person;
- deliberately provide false or misleading information; or
- use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or are otherwise legally authorised to do so.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering, including your name, billing information, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery and contact information is accurate and complete.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, fragrance classifications, sizes, ingredients and other product information displayed on the Website are accurate.
Colours, packaging and product presentation may appear differently depending on screen settings, photography, production batches or packaging updates.
LÉROZA fragrances may also develop or perform differently depending on factors including skin chemistry, temperature, humidity, environment, application method and individual perception.
Differences in personal fragrance preference, perceived projection, longevity or development on an individual's skin do not by themselves constitute a manufacturing or product defect.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer's rights where a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or materially inconsistent with its stated description.
4. Prices
Product prices will be displayed on the Website in the currency applicable to the selected market.
For UAE purchases, prices will be displayed in accordance with applicable UAE requirements, including applicable VAT where required.
Any applicable delivery costs, payment charges or other charges will be disclosed during the purchase process before the customer confirms the order.
We may change product prices from time to time.
A subsequent price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
If an obvious pricing, publication or technical error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order and offer you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a full refund of the amount paid for it.
5. Orders and Formation of Contract
Products displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to purchase.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
An order remains subject to:
- product availability;
- successful payment authorisation;
- verification of customer information where necessary;
- fraud and security checks; and
- our acceptance of the order.

- the product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- customer or delivery information cannot reasonably be verified;
- a material pricing or product-information error has occurred;
- applicable shipping or legal restrictions prevent fulfilment;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an unauthorised transaction; or
- quantities reasonably appear to be intended for unauthorised resale or distribution.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount collected for the cancelled items will be refunded.
6. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or authorised third-party payment-service providers.
Your payment provider may also impose its own terms and processing requirements.
We will not impose undisclosed payment charges.
7. Order Confirmation and Electronic Invoice
After an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an electronic order confirmation and/or invoice using the contact information provided during checkout.
You should retain your order confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the Website or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the stated or estimated timeframe.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs procedures, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, weather events, governmental restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Where a delivery delay gives the customer a right to cancel, return the goods, receive a refund or obtain another remedy under applicable law, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
9. International Orders
Where we accept orders for delivery outside the United Arab Emirates, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other governmental charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated as included during checkout, such charges may be payable separately by the recipient.
Import requirements and charges vary between countries, and customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in the delivery destination.
Mandatory consumer-protection laws in the customer's country or jurisdiction may also apply where required by law.
10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We do not generally accept returns, exchanges or refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, subject to the terms of our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Exchange Policy limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, materially misdescribed or otherwise legally non-conforming products.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, promotional gifts, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed in connection with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one promotional code may be used per transaction;
- promotional codes may have expiry dates;
- certain products may be excluded; and
- offers are subject to availability.
We may correct or withdraw a promotion in the event of a genuine publication, technical or pricing error, subject to applicable consumer law and any rights that have already arisen.
12. Complimentary Gifts
From time to time, an order may include a complimentary product, sample, accessory or promotional item.
Such complimentary items are subject to availability and may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
Where an entire transaction is cancelled, returned or refunded under applicable law or where we expressly approve a return, and a complimentary item formed part of the promotion attached to that transaction, we may request the return of the complimentary item where reasonable and legally permissible.
The inclusion of a complimentary gift does not limit any mandatory consumer right relating to the purchased product.
13. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund, alternative product or other solution, subject to your applicable legal rights.
14. Authenticity and Third-Party Sellers
Products sold directly through www.leroza.ae are supplied through commercial channels authorised by Barazi General Trading LLC.
Our Website policies relating to orders, returns, exchanges and refunds apply only to purchases made directly through www.leroza.ae unless expressly stated otherwise.
We cannot guarantee the authenticity, storage conditions, handling or condition of products bearing the LÉROZA name that are purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers, marketplaces or websites over which we have no control.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content may contain trademarks, trade names, logos, fragrance names, product designs, packaging, photographs, text, graphics and other intellectual property belonging to Barazi General Trading LLC and/or other respective rights holders.
Nothing on the Website grants customers ownership of or a licence to commercially exploit such intellectual property.
You may use Website content only for personal and non-commercial purposes associated with browsing and purchasing products unless the relevant rights holder provides prior written permission otherwise.
16. Reviews and Customer Content
Where customers may submit reviews, photographs, comments or other material, such content must:
- be genuine;
- relate to the relevant product or customer experience;
- be lawful;
- not infringe third-party rights;
- not contain malicious or fraudulent content; and
- not be misleading, abusive, defamatory or otherwise unlawful.
We may moderate, refuse to publish or remove content that violates these requirements or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
20. Responsibility for Misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses reasonably suffered by us as a direct result of your fraudulent or unlawful use of the Website or a material breach of these Terms.
This section does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Personal information submitted through or collected from the Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to the Website or These Terms
We may change Website functionality, products and these Terms from time to time for commercial, technical, legal, regulatory or security reasons.
The current version of these Terms will be published on www.leroza.ae together with the date of the latest revision.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen in connection with an accepted order.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and transactions made through www.leroza.ae are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional, consumer-protection or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
